  • lean grounded beef stuffed with an avocado salsa – avocado, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red, orange, and yellow bell peppers, chopped spinach and green onions – coated with egg and baked in the oven
  • tomato sauce and baby tomatoes boiled with a hint of lime juice, salt, and black pepper
  • brown rice, chicken bits, hot chili pepper powder, chopped spinach and asparagus, chili oil, ginger, salt, and garlic powder boiled in a pot

  • adding the tomato sauce as a side was a great idea – it’s acidic nature lessens the chance of you getting indigestion from the beef
