an unlikely stir-fry ~ a loaf of bread

  • brown rice seasoned with turmeric, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and black pepper stirred on a pan with chopped chicken gizzard, carrots, green beans, and broccoli

  • chicken breast marinated in a garlic salt & lime juice solution, coated in olive oil and thyme & black pepper, and braised in a pan ~ then dressed with olive oil & parsley 
  • long-grain brown rice made with salt, olive oil, and black pepper
  • refer to the “baked meatloaf with a peppery milk gravy ~ a potato, sausage & vegetable stew ~ baked, zesty sweetcorn” post for the ingredient list and recipe snapshots of the potato, sausage & vegetable stew – this chili was made by adding blended tomatoes, red kidney beans, sweetcorn, and peas to the leftovers
